2020 has turned out to a bit of a contrast then. In the General world it hasn’t been great has it. But oddly In the film photography world things have been quite interesting. We’ve had a series of new products from film, to camera to gear. Now cheeky tinted film makers Dubblefilm have decided to join in the camera market with their Show camera. One landed on my doormat this morning and I’ve been out using it.

An Apology to The Canon EOS EF-M. It can mount via Some Adaptors. But it’s Still Pointless
When I posted about my experience on this camera I got a few folk pointing out that their EF-M was actually doing fine with Manual focus lenses. So in the spirt of fairness I got a new adaptor ring. An apology is due as I must now concede the camera does work with manual lenses. But only some adaptors and even then it’s a crap experience.

Canon’s switch to the EF mount had let them neatly leapfrog their rivals like Nikon at the end of the 80’s.
